  Strong knowledge of applicable laws and regulations governing commercial transportation.
• Excellent driving skills, with the ability to operate and maneuver large vehicles safely in various road and weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and colleagues.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and delivering excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will manage office tasks, handle customer inquiries, and support internal teams to maintain efficiency and positive customer relations.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

• Manage general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
• Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
• Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
• Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
  Order office supplies and manage inventory

Customer Support:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner
• Resolve customer issues by providing accurate information and escalating when necessary
• Maintain customer records and track communication history using CRM software
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and timely issue resolution
• Assist with onboarding new clients and providing initial support

Internal Team Support:

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
• Provide support for special projects and operational improvements
• Help update company policies and procedures as needed
