We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration and Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations and delivering excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Manage general office duties such as filing, answering phones, and scheduling appointments
- Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and events
- Order office supplies and manage inventory
Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner

- Maintain customer records and track communication history using CRM software
