As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to evolve, we want to update our clients and let you know that we are open and operating our business as usual with some added new guidelines.
Any employees with flu-like symptoms, or employees who have been in contact with someone experiencing symptoms, are required to stay home and self-quarantine. If one of our technicians needs to enter your home, we ask that basement doors be unlocked for easy access to your heating equipment. We understand that you may need to speak to our technicians, but please abide by the 6ft minimum social distancing rule per order of the CDC.
We are also asking any customer who has symptoms or may have been potentially exposed to COVID-19 to please reschedule any non-emergency work.
Our offices will remain open however we are asking that as many customers as possible make payments over the phone or through our website at www.supremeenergy.com.
